Robotic Snake Inside your body

Robots in surgeries help surgeons to do less and less invasive operations all the time…A new robotic snake developed by an American company called cardiorobotics, is a new way of doing that.Just like the recent development of robot snakes in search and rescue missions, this device is a flexible and strong enough robot snake that can crawl inside your body and reach wherever it takes to perform the required task. This of course brings huge advantages in comparison to opening up a patient’s body and perform the operation manually. The snake also has the ability to remember its exact path while going forward, so that when going backward, it does not damage the tissues and organs. Looking at the development speed of these robots, it seems to us that in less than 20 years, most of the surgeries will be done in a non invasive manner. For more, please visit the link below.
