Biomass Eating Robot

The EATR – Energetically Autonomous Tactical Robot, which is currently being developed by Robotic Technology Inc. is able to extract energy from biomass in the environment, at the same time uses the conventional and alternative fuels such as gasoline, coal, cooking oil etc…) The advantage of this type of robot is that it will be very flexible in energy resources, and will be able to roam on its own for very long periods of time without being refueled or serviced. Using this platform, various kinds of robotic applications may be built on top of it, such as ambulances, transport devices or gunships. The engine that provides this power is called the “Cyclone Biomass Engine”.
